This class is designed to meet your youth's current athletic ability and provide them with the tools for advancement physically and mentally. Our coaches not only teach our youth how to move their bodies and equipment properly, but they empower our youth with the confidence needed for life success. 

Your youth can expect to perform exercises designed to improve body mechanics, strength, and agility.

Ages 5-13.
