Heather Sconci

Owner / Founder / Personal Trainer

Heather Sconci graduated from Texas State University in 2001 with degrees in Social Work and Criminal Justice, with an academic focus on mental health and environmental and social factors. That foundation led her into work in victim services, where she developed a deep understanding of resilience, accountability, and the long-term impact of environment on human behavior.
After the loss of her four-year-old daughter, Haley, in 2010, Heather turned to the one constant she had always known—training. What began as a way to cope became a powerful anchor. Through movement, she learned that strength is often built in solitude and sustained through discipline, structure, and personal accountability.

Heather has been a competitive athlete for over 45 years and still actively competes, including playing competitive volleyball today. She played soccer for over 20 years, has competed at both recreational and collegiate levels, and is drawn to anything that sparks a competitive edge. Along the way, she explored multiple competitive arenas—including Figure competition—as part of a lifelong pursuit of growth rather than a defining title.Heather is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Lifestyle Coach, allowing her to work with individuals across a wide range of goals and abilities. From true beginners to high-level athletes, she thrives on helping people build confidence, refine skill, and discover what they are capable of when consistency meets proper guidance.Youth athlete development holds a special place in Heather’s work. She enjoys helping young athletes unlock new levels of confidence, competence, and self-belief—skills that extend far beyond the gym.Through personalized training and sustainable nutrition strategies, Heather creates meal plans and guidance that support both performance and everyday life. Whether fueling for competition or simply fueling for life, her approach is practical, adaptable, and rooted in long-term success. To Heather, fitness is more than physical conditioning. It is mental clarity, emotional resilience, and the confidence to show up—especially when it’s hard. It’s learning to trust yourself, stay accountable, and keep moving forward.

And yes… she still loves to rally. 😏💪
