This 45-minute total-body HIIT and circuit-style class is designed for parents, kids, and youth athletes to train side-by-side in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Expect a dynamic workout that flows from warm-up to cool-down, using strength training, safe lifting techniques, and age-appropriate modifications for every level.
