FIRST MONTH UNLIMITED CLASS PASS $99

Each day focuses on a specific muscle group and movement pattern, combining heavy lifts, targeted accessory work, and functional conditioning to help you build strength, stability, and confidence. Coach Rob’s Sports Performance Classes focus on improving overall athletic ability through structured training designed specifically for middle and high school athletes. Sessions combine strength work, speed and agility drills, conditioning, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and performance development to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive.

Whether your athlete plays football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, track, or simply wants to improve performance, this program builds transferable skills that support success across all sports.

Join us in the Turf Room for our Total Body Bootcamp, offered 3X per week, where 45 minutes is all it takes to challenge your entire body from head to toe. From a dynamic warm-up to a well-earned cool-down, you’ll train with free weights, balance work, mobility, and functional movements designed to help you move better, feel better, and live stronger.

This class is perfect for all fitness levels and will leave you walking out each week feeling more powerful, more capable, and more confident. Train for life. Let’s live longer together!

A Hybrid Conditioning Class

Engine Room is a HYROX-style conditioning class built to improve strength, endurance, and performance through functional training and high-energy workouts.

Designed for everyday athletes, this class combines real-world movements, conditioning circuits, and performance-focused training to help you move better, build stamina, and push past your limits.

Whether you're training for an event, improving overall fitness, or simply looking for a challenge beyond traditional workouts, Engine Room delivers a full-body experience that builds both power and endurance.
