Massage room rental
The therapy room is the perfect space for anyone wanting to tap into our gym client population. We see a massage therapist, physical therapist, acupuncturist, or other body work professional in this space. We can also accommodate mental health professionals, microblading, waxing, aestheticians, chiropractors, makeup artists and others. This space is not suited for hair or nail professionals.
Your clients will have access to a quiet and calming environment away from the gym energy, but still within walking distance for your services. Your clients can also use our showers if needed.
Therapy Room Hourly Rate:
60 min: $15/hour
3 Hour Package: $39 ($13/hour)
4 Hour Package: $52 ($13/hour)
5 Hour Package: $60 ($12/hour)
6 Hour Package: $72 ($12/hour)
7 Hour Package: $84 ($12/hour)
8 Hour Package: $80 ($10/hour)

Office space rental
The front room is the perfect space for 1:1 or small meetings. Equipped with a desk, bookshelf, and flexible seating options, we envision this room being used by the professional that needs a space for meetings, tutoring, formalizing legal documents, and those that need a break from the office and home to meet a deadline.
This room has a private entrance and those who rent the space monthly can put up their own sign and have storage space at the office.
Your clients will have access to our private bathroom and inside waiting area. Coffee bar and kitchenette are also in this space.
