Meet our team

We take pride in our extensively trained and experienced team of coaches. Each specializes in their own specific craft and are always ready to work with you and your schedule to ensure you meet all your fitness and health goals.

Heather Sconci

Leader/Owner/Coach

Heather Sconci graduated from Texas State University in 2001 with degrees in Social Work and Criminal Justice. Her studies were focused on mental health and environmental factors which led her to her work in victim services. After the death of her 4 year old daughter Haley in 2010, Heather turned to the only thing she knew to cope - working out.

Heather has been a competitive athlete since her early childhood and learned that strength stemmed from the solitude of weightlifting and accountability therein.  She has played sports both recreationally and at the collegiate level. Even now at over 40, she is a Nationally Qualified Figure competitor. She sees fitness as not only a way to become and remain physically healthy, but also mentally attuned.

Paige Parliament

Paige is from the DFW area, and graduated from Texas Tech University. The college athlete life has allowed her to gain skills for interacting with various populations, and to lead bootcamp classes since 2020. She joins the team bringing experience from Physical Therapy school, and having her Corrective Exercise Specialist-NASM certification.

Paige values physical activity and exercise as it is one of the most important parts of a human’s daily life. She has a passion for helping people reach their fitness levels, improve their balance/strength to be able to participate in hobbies, and helping people target any impairments so they can have achieve a high quality of life.

When not in a gym or training, Paige is on the basketball court as an NCAA women’s basketball referee.

Casey Minchey

My training emphasis is functional and resistance training. I love training to improve movement in everyday life and training weights to get stronger. One way that I like to motivate myself is by having a group of people that can encourage me to keep going while trying to get better everyday. Working out is one of my favorite ways to destress. It makes me feel more confident in myself and lowers my stress.
